Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Manage and respond to emails.
- Receive deliveries and check that contents are accurate.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
- Previous experience in a reception, front of house, customer service or administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Professional and friendly manner.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.
