About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Front of House person. This role is suited to someone with previous experience in front of house hospitality, either within a hotel or serviced office reception environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, acting as a key point of contact for visitors and tenants, and supporting the day-to-day running of the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors to the building
- Act as a point of contact for tenants
- Set up meeting rooms to suit client requirements
- Assist with IT set up for meeting rooms if required
- Serve as barista at the refreshment station (training provided)
- Assist with arranging events
- Book room hire using the Nexudus IT booking system (training provided, previous experience preferred)
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in front of house hospitality, hotel reception or serviced office reception
- Excellent presentation
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
