Overtime: Evenings are paid at time and a quarter. Weekend overtime paid at time and a half.

Key Responsibilities
- Pack and dispatch orders to exact specifications, ensuring client deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Follow company procedures using in-house computerised administration systems.
- Accurately maintain all documentation.
- Keep your working area and equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Build and maintain positive internal relationships.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues.
- Support the company’s continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform additional duties such as finishing, as required by the role.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by management.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
- Willingness to be flexible and work additional hours to meet business needs.
- Previous experience in a similar packing/despatch role is desirable but not essential.
