Business Development Executive
On behalf of our client, an established and growing company with a global client base, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about business development, client relationships, and has a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
This role is focused on driving business growth by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with potential clients while maintaining strong connections with existing customers to support continued business expansion.
The role is primarily office-based within the
Greater Belfast Area
, with an emphasis on telesales and proactive business development activity.
While there may be some travel involved as the role evolves, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with a predominantly office-based environment at this stage.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and necessary documentation to secure business, with support from the marketing team.
- Attend networking opportunities, business events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (not essential).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, account management, telesales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience generating new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Resident of the UK.
