This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a busy Housing Solutions team, providing a wide range of clerical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Handle telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Register repairs and maintain accurate records.
- Carry out filing and document management duties.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings.
- Maintain electronic and manual records.
- Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Essential Criteria
- Applicants must have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Intermediate IT skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
