Patch Manager – Band 5 Location: Banbridge Office Salary: Β£16.90 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Duration: Temporary, Full-Time Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Application Deadline: 5pm 9th October 2026 Apple Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Patch Manager (Band 5) on behalf of a public sector organisation based at the Banbridge Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional to provide a comprehensive housing management service within a designated patch, working closely with customers, colleagues, partners and other professional services. Key Duties Manage all aspects of a designated housing patch, providing an effective and customer-focused housing management service. Manage and progress housing transfers in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. Deal with homelessness matters and provide appropriate support and advice to customers. Manage and respond to anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases appropriately. Support effective income collection and address relevant rent and arrears issues. Carry out property viewings and new tenant sign-ups. Undertake regular site visits and inspections as required. Attend meetings and represent the organisation professionally. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, partner organisations and other stakeholders. Respond to customer enquiries and needs in a professional and timely manner. Manage and prioritise a varied workload across a range of housing management responsibilities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and case information. Work collaboratively with colleagues and relevant professional services to achieve positive outcomes for customers. Carry out duties in accordance with relevant organisational policies, procedures and legislative requirements. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times. Essential Criteria Applicants must demonstrate: Less than 1 year’s experience in a relevant customer service, housing or related environment. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and other professionals. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. Ability to deal professionally and appropriately with challenging situations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Intermediate IT proficiency.
