Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Temporary Salary: £19.32 per hour Monday to Friday Apple Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a Quantity Surveyor based in Craigavon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of building maintenance, investment programmes and minor works projects, ensuring value for money and effective commercial management across a range of contracts. Provide a professional Quantity Surveying service across building maintenance and investment projects. Administer contracts, ensuring effective commercial management and value for money. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and expenditure. Support contract performance monitoring, risk management and compliance activities. Maintain accurate project records and ensure information is recorded on relevant IT systems. Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to support project delivery. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services in line with organisational policies and procedures. A Degree (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) in a Building/Construction related discipline plus at least 1 year's relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function. A BTEC Higher (or equivalent Level 5 qualification) in a Building/Construction related discipline plus at least 2 years' relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function.
