About the Role: Apple Recruitment Services are seeking a strong and confident Accounts Payable (AP) professional to take charge of AP functions for one of our valued clients.
This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive team, with plenty of training and resources to help you succeed.
You’ll play a key role in managing the accounts for a portfolio of commercially managed properties.
Key Responsibilities: Input supplier invoices into property management accounts system(s).
Produce payment runs on a regular basis.
Liaise with surveyors regarding the prioritisation of supplier payments.
Reconcile supplier statements and request copy invoices when necessary.
Handle queries from clients, surveyors, and suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, ensuring effective and professional communication.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Adapt to meet targets and client needs as part of a flexible and collaborative team.
Perform additional duties as required, including filing supplier invoices and liaising with the central compliance team to maintain and create supplier accounts.
Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Competence with computerised systems and a methodical approach to work.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
Experience in producing reports and handling complex queries.
