Marketing Campaign Manager

Salary: £35,000
Location: Newbury, Berkshire (RG14)
Working pattern: Full-time, office based
AP&C is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients.

You will own campaigns end to end from briefing and planning through to execution, reporting and optimisation working with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything lands on time, on budget and to a high standard.

It is a role that mixes strategy with day-to-day delivery, so you will be as comfortable shaping a campaign plan as you are getting it out of the door.

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns aligned to client objectives
  • Managing campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Coordinating internal teams (design, digital, content) and external suppliers
  • Creating and briefing campaign content across digital, print, email and social channels
  • Monitoring performance and producing clear, insightful reports for clients
  • What you will bring
  • A degree in Marketing or a closely related field, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, ideally within an agency
  • A strong understanding of core marketing principles and go-to-market strategies
  • Confidence analysing campaign performance and making data-led decisions
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to run several campaigns at once
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
  • Experience with paid media including Google Ads, Linked In Ads and Meta
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems or reporting platforms
