Apple is seeking a dynamic individual to lead Apple\’s Business Spatial Design Lab.The Global Solution Strategy Leader will facilitate customer ideation and strategize the design and build of innovative use cases for Apple Vision Pro with top customers, accelerating solution delivery and maximizing business impact.

You are an innovative, hands-on solutions leader and excel at helping businesses imagine the art of the possible. You thrive in ambiguity and distill business challenges down to their core to design world class solutions.You are comfortable context-shifting from customer to customer, industry to industry, solution to solution.In this role you will:- Lead Apple’s Vision Pro Spatial Design Lab globally to inspire and accelerate our customers\’ Vision Pro journey from inspiration to deployment.- Work with innovation leaders at top customers globally to understand their business needs through deep curiosity and thoughtful discussion to create plan of action to reach mutually agreed outcomes.- Manage a team of lab resources equipped to help customers with design and development, partnering with teams to scale the best methodologies and program elements.- Master the application of spatial computing best practices for business solutions, becoming a student of our human interface guidelines and spatial design language, engaging in-house VisionOS talent.- Apply expertise and leadership guidance to spatial designers and engineers.- Engage business partners and internal / external leadership through visual storytelling, presentations and clear communications.- Build and foster positive relationships, demonstrating an ability to influence teams to deliver successful projects.- Guide the creation of prototypes and other key deliverables to provide customers what they need to implement mutually developed concepts.- Synthesize insights from research, customer meetings and sales feedback to inform product strategy and specifications.- Lead by example with a customer-first mindset.- Ensure adherence to repeatable, high quality processes and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of product / solution design and development experience.
- Proven track record delivering against the entire software development lifecycle.
- Broad knowledge of the full stack of technologies required to power modern business solutions.
- Solid understanding of Spatial Computing, AI, Mobile App Development, Apple development tools and technologies
- Awareness of the top enterprise solutions powering the F5000.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies
- Experience facilitating workshops, leading ideation sessions, developing POCs and developing customized solutions with emerging technologies.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master presenter, storyteller — crafting and delivering narratives to drive understanding or support of key programs or initiatives.
- Strong relationship building skills along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and partner cross-functionally.
- Passionate and self-motivated, with outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
