Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for overseeing one project as the Lead Senior Project Manager.
  • Work closely with the pre‑construction team to manage the project from the tender and award stage.
  • Lead the site delivery teams throughout the project to oversee it to completion.
  • Have an active role in the management of the planning and design on the project on an ongoing basis.
  • Be an excellent communicator, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time, to a high quality, and promoting excellent standards of Health and Safety.
  • Previously held a Project Manager role at a Main Contractor for at least 2 years.
  • Previous experience leading projects valued over 10m in single value for a Main Contractor.
  • Sector experience to include one of the following: Commercial, Industrial, Higher Education, and Mixed-Use.
  • Exceptional client‑facing and management skills.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management.
  • CSCS Card SMSTS.
