The successful candidate will take responsibility for tender and pre-construction planning. Liaising closely with operational teams managing progress control, strategic scheduling, and 4D programming, while engaging directly with high-profile clients, trade contractors, and stakeholders.

This candidate should have good knowledge and experience in using ASTA Powerproject.

Desirable Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience with a Tier 1 or major Tier 2 Main Contractor in Planning.
  • Good working knowledge of ASTA Powerproject.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale New Build commercial, education or science schemes (20m+) would be highly advantageous for this position.

Salary:

c 60k- 80k basic (Dependent on previous planning experience) Plus competitive package inc car or allowance, healthcare, bonus, pension etc.
