Apple is looking for an outstanding and collaborative Strategy and Business Development Executive to join its WW Business Planning Team.
In this role, the successful candidate will help develop and execute sales strategies across routes to markets with a main focus on Circularity.
The successful candidate will track, analyze and share assessments on market trends and business opportunities; develop market intelligence; and engage with Apple’s partners and customers to develop new initiatives and support the execution of sales plays.
This global role requires an ability to surface key insights, develop strategic innovative plays based on complex market trends and data, and to engage extensively across multiple functions, routes to market and geos.
Description
Analyze market trends and practices, develop dashboards and reporting as part of a Circularity center of excellence.
Continuously scan the market for strategic business opportunities related to Circularity.
Work with your direct team, the larger Sales organization (including worldwide and geo teams in different routes to market) and other worldwide cross-functional teams across Apple Care, Circular Economy, Product Marketing, Legal, etc., on structuring complex business cases and go-to-market strategies.
Define and track key performance metrics, report progress against business goals, and assess effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Develop playbooks and provide project leadership for execution and roll-out on Circularity.
Respond to commercial requests from customers and partners around Circularity.
Support B&E teams on projects, meetings and events related to Circularity and other connected areas.
Develop executive-level presentations with an ability to simplify and visually represent complex issues, data and innovative solutions.
Engage and present to customers and partners in 1:1 or 1-to-many set-ups.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, strategy, sales finance, or a related field.
- Background in Circularity, Consumer Electronics, Carrier, and/or Consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to intake complex issues, deal with ambiguity, develop creative value-add solutions, and tenaciously drive implementation and execution.
- Proven record in data analytics, presentation development, and customer-facing engagement.
- Team player and ability to work globally on different time zones and to build trust and strong relationships.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in another European language.
- Experience working internationally.
- Legal/Regulatory experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
