You'll operate at the most senior levels of the organisation, advocating for the nuance and opportunity that International represents, and inspiring those around you to do the best work of their careers.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will: Own best-in-class marketing: Set the end-to-end marketing vision for Apple Music, and Podcasts across International markets, developing insight-led plans that are measurable and deliver real return on investment.
- Write exceptional briefs: Distill complex data and consumer insight into clear, compelling briefs that guide creative teams and marketing partners.
- Lead cross-functionally: Build international marketing plans and playbooks with business, global, and local teams, turning global strategy into local action.
- Bring subject-matter expertise: Be the go-to voice on the intersection of business, product, and marketing, fluent across social, lifecycle, subscription, and growth channels, pushing teams toward smarter solutions.
- Drive marketing effectiveness: Partner with Analytics and Media to define KPIs upfront, and lead sharp retrospectives that turn learnings into future action.
- Prioritise with purpose: Focus the organisation on what matters most, and communicate the why with transparency and confidence.
- Raise the bar on talent: Define what great looks like across International Services Marketing, building programmes that upskill talent and develop the next generation of Apple marketing leaders.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive senior marketing leadership experience ideally in subscription businesses, creative agencies, or media, entertainment, or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ownership of subscriber metrics (acquisition, conversion, engagement, churn, win-back) across multiple international markets, leading complex marketing projects from concept to completion.
- Proven executive presence and credibility to influence in a world‑class, global, matrixed organisation.
