The Partner Communications team amplifies Apple's brand and drives customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives with our partners. We collaborate with some of the world's leading companies to create innovative campaigns and experiences that reach customers in new and impactful ways, ultimately contributing to Apple's overall marketing success.

Description

The Partner Communication Manager, Business is responsible for driving marketing and communication solutions with our key B2B partners and leading the development of innovative marketing strategies and best-in-class communications that feature Apple products or services. Apple is building key relationships with partners and large systems integrators that will drive the projected growth for B2B. We need an individual to work closely with these partners to launch Apple-led campaigns and overall B2B strategies to shape their ongoing communications. This position will report into the Head of Channel Partner Communications for Europe and will be based in London. Regular travel to visit partners across Western Europe will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative B2B partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services.
  • Manage senior relationships (up to C-suite) to drive world-class marketing and communications solutions in a very dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • Partner with the rest of the Channel Marcom Group to implement WW campaigns and develop surrounding programs to help drive awareness, consideration and sales.
  • Work closely with the WE Sales organization to understand the business dynamics, which may influence our marketing communication's strategies and execution.
  • Develop impactful creative work through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner's brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand macro and communications trends for Apple products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing communications experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand, focused on building brands and driving business results.
  • Fluency & strong communication skills in both German and English are required.
  • Experience working within a recognised creative/design-driven organisation.
  • Demonstrated depth of experience with integrated communications and account/client relationship management.
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as within a wider team.
  • A strong communicator with strong presentation, email, and phone abilities.
  • Experience across a breadth of marketing activity which may include; creative and film production, print, radio and digital marketing.
  • Experience across customer experience both online and in-store.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive brand/marketing communications experience ideally from leading consumer electronics, information technology, telecoms manufacturers, or affiliate marketing agencies.
  • Experience working with and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Enterprise, business or small business sector experience.
  • Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, build innovative communication plans, and develop great creative and integrated campaigns.
  • Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and confidently influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive results.
