Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

As an AppleCare Sales BDM you are responsible for developing the business within EMEIA. The key tasks involve:

  • Drive regional sales results across your assigned countries.
  • Build and execute tactical activities with team members to achieve regional/country targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for country and accounts, defining the go-to-market approach for each country.
  • Provide regular reporting on key achievements in business reviews.
  • Execute tactical performance programs with the partners to achieve the quarterly/yearly accounts and country targets.
  • Manage key accounts in your assigned countries.
  • Drive weekly customer engagement and implement account plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the local insurer teams in each country.
  • Collaborate internally with various Apple teams to achieve results.
  • Inspire and educate the finished goods country teams to promote AppleCare products.
  • Lead negotiations for AppleCare Service contracts with Retailers, Carriers and Insurers in your assigned regions/countries.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales in the consumer electronics or telecom industry, having influenced and driven performance through partners while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the B2C service business and go-to-market strategies for extended service and support agreements.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with experience navigating complex sales situations.
  • High comfort in dealing with C-level within Apple and at the Partner account level.
  • Self-starter with an analytical orientation, strategic vision, and strong executional track record.
  • Excellent presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong networking ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with the largest Carriers and Retailers.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages like French, Italian, German.
