Tier 1 Main Contractor in Suffolk is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a key project valued at over £100m. You will oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors, supply CVRs, manage sub-contractor payments, variations and final accounts, and report to directors.
The role requires 5+ years experience at Senior/Managing QS level on large build projects, with proven leadership and strong communication skills, plus experience on projects over £50m.
