We are on the lookout for a passionate teacher who has experience teaching at GCSE and A Level and is eager to make a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable students. As a vital part of the Apple Orchard therapeutic community, our school works hand-in-hand with care and therapy teams to provide a holistic approach to education. Under the guidance of our dedicated Headteacher, our team of experienced teachers and teaching assistants offers a diverse range of subjects aligned with a modified National Curriculum.
Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Inspire and motivate young people to reach their full potential
- Set high expectations and maintain a clear vision of educational excellence
- Exhibit outstanding classroom management and teaching abilities
- Create and deliver engaging and stimulating programs of study in Geography and History
- Collaborate effectively as part of our supportive, dedicated team
- Be open to teaching across other subjects as needed
- Hold a QTS/QTLS teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Requirements
