The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To be successful, you possess a deep understanding of all aspects of the business, developing both the critical goals and working with teams to support execution. Core tasks will cover areas such as program development and deployment, financial analysis, returns on the execution of these programs, best practice sharing and improvement activities. You will be expected to develop deep expertise in the area/RTM you are supporting, e.g. affordability, programs, digital, carriers, etc.
Great communication is essential to challenge and enable your key business partners; articulate findings from financial analysis; to build and maintain external relationships with channel partners; and to support cross-functional projects. A high degree of integrity and attention to detail will be essential for insight based decision-making and ensuring robust controls and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of value creation, leading change and performance improvement.
- Analytical with outstanding Finance grounding and understanding.
- Innovative team based player, with forward-thinking approach.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with accomplished presentation skills.
- Degree level Education.
