Support the P&FI Manager by managing the day-to-day operations of the Repair and Maintenance Program across Western Europe. Monitor repair and maintenance activities daily. Collaborate with Project Managers from the Worldwide (WW) Team and local vendors to ensure repairs are processed promptly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Take full ownership of inventory management within Arvato and for all Programs to meet SLA requirements. Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for Program efficiencies within your region. Create, distribute, and maintain training materials tailored to each vendor, reseller, and local team, including managing translation and localization as needed. Coordinate with the NPI team during product launches for all 3D merchandising activities. Oversee specific projects covering all of EMEIA, including supply management, order approvals, system management, vendor selection, and other development projects based on regional needs. Maintain close collaboration with the Worldwide team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or equivalent management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, including budget control.
- Strong operations background.
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Word, Excel, and Keynote.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills, with an understanding of the brand and Apple product knowledge.
- Supply chain or inventory management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Facilities & Maintenance practices.
