Education and Business Markets Product Marketing Lead

As a member of our Product Marketing group, you’ll represent the customer throughout a product’s journey from concept through development and launch. You’ll develop and apply insights to help infuse innovative features into our product-development process. Together with our team, you’ll work to craft groundbreaking ideas into tangible products that excite the world. At Apple, we combine product management/development and product marketing responsibilities into a single, cross-functional Product Management role that collaborates with design, engineering, finance, legal, marketing communications, public relations, market research, sales, and support for maximum impact across the organization.
The Education and Business Markets Lead will own and drive Apple’s marketing strategy for both Education and Enterprise and articulate the market ambition to deliver impact and growth. This role is the primary spokesperson for Apple’s products in Europe as well as a vocal member of the European Product Marketing team. The Education and Business Markets Lead will manage a team that drives growth through marketing strategy and execution as experts in their sector and experts on Apple solutions to deliver growth.
Description:
- Articulate the opportunity in market for Education and Business markets and provide strategic vision to deliver on the opportunity.
- Own and drive the annual Marketing plan, outlining opportunities and actions that lead growth and category leadership, instilling quarterly and half-yearly reviews.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching and developing talent. Actively develop an inclusive culture by recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to the organization.
- Act as primary liaison between Markets (including France and Germany) and Worldwide teams for all local market needs and shaping strategies and contributing to global initiatives and programs.
- Influence worldwide strategy, and make clear recommendations that drive growth and usage experience.
- Devise and craft a Cross-market narrative to enable clear understanding of market dynamics, customer voice, opportunity, and set actions that all key stakeholders understand, as well as defining a common geo voice into Worldwide teams.
- Become a visible and vocal member of the Product Marketing management team providing strategic input and influencing long-term plans.
- Build a sphere of influence across multiple internal functions/divisions including Europe Sales and Finance organizations.
- Be the guardian of product messaging and positioning across every customer touchpoint, advancing the cause of excellence.
- Possess expert knowledge of competitive and third-party products, solutions, and strategies within both Education and Business Markets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in B2B product marketing.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team of subject matter experts.
- Passionate and skilled at leading and creating an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel regularly across Europe and globally.
