Year 4 Class Teacher An experienced Primary Teacher is required for a Year 4 class in a nurturing and high achieving independent school based in North Wiltshire. The school blends traditional educational values with innovative, exceptional pastoral care, creating a supportive and enriching environment. About the role: * Starting 21st April until 9th July 2025 * Monday – Friday; 8am – 4pm * Experienced teacher required to teach a class of 16 Year 4 students, mainly core subjects + humanities (70% class contact time) * No requirement to teach Music, French, PE and Art (specialist tuition for these subjects) Benefits of the role: * Small class sizes * 30% non-contact time to be used for planning, marking and prep * Free lunch daily and free parking * Access to school facilities The ideal candidate will: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status or ENIC (was NARIC) and right to work (overseas teachers only) * Have at least 2 years\’ experience in a similar key stage * Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or we can process one for you) * Be a reflective, empathetic and engaging classroom practitioner with the desire to make a real difference to pupil’s lives * Have high expectations of every pupil If this sounds like the job for you, we’d love to hear from you – apply today!
