We are recruiting on behalf of a primary school north west of Swindon who are looking for a committed and capable Y4 Teacher to join them for Terms 5 and 6. This is a class that has seen a fair amount of change over the past academic year, and the school are keen to find someone who can come in and offer them the consistency and stability they need to thrive. You will have the support of a strong team of teaching assistants in the classroom, and planning is included as part of the role, with pay to scale reflecting that responsibility.
The school would ideally welcome a full-time teacher for continuity, but would consider a strong job share for the right candidates.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or we can process one for you)
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status or ENIC (was NARIC) and right to work (overseas teachers only)
- Have proven experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Be a reflective, empathetic and engaging classroom practitioner with the desire to make a real difference to pupil’s lives
- Be motivated by helping children overcome challenges
- Have high expectations of every pupil and be confident in asserting effective classroom management strategies
- Be able to easily build a rapport across the wider school community
