About the Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll deliver high-quality technical support across the organisation. Working on tickets raised by users, you’ll troubleshoot issues both remotely and in person, covering hardware, software, and mobile devices. You will also support IT operations, including user onboarding, asset management, and adherence to security protocols., * Resolving support tickets efficiently for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
