Overview
IT Account Manager / IT Managed Services Sales opportunity with Applause IT Recruitment. Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire – suitable for candidates across Worcester, Birmingham, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich and the Black Country along the M5/M42 corridor. This role is to join an established IT MSP with an excellent product portfolio, managing and growing existing client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Account manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Provide IT consultancy, strategic planning, and solution design
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
- Conduct client site visits and build long-term relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business cases
