We’re hiring an AWS Support Engineer to join a high-performing managed services team responsible for keeping customer-facing AWS platforms secure, stable, and highly available.

  • Supporting live AWS production environments
  • Managing incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis
  • Maintaining monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks
  • Supporting infrastructure changes and release activity
