A leading global provider of intelligent automation solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to support mission-critical warehouse systems at a live distribution site. This role is ideal for someone with strong Linux and SQL skills who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems in high-performance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support WCS, WMS, PLC and SCADA systems
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Manage system performance, logs, and database queries
- Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders on-site
- Support incident/problem management and prioritise workload effectively
Technology Environment:
- Linux (command line, log analysis)
- SQL & PL/SQL
- Oracle databases (desirable)
- Warehouse automation systems (WCS/WMS/PLC/SCADA)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience in systems support or IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
