Applause IT are looking for a driven End User Hardware Specialist to join a growing specialist sales team at one of the biggest IT VARs in the UK. You’ll be working with over 4,000 existing mid-market customers across a wide range of industries, providing expert advice and solutions on end user hardware, licensing, and peripherals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their sales career within the fast-moving IT and cyber security industry. You’ll build strong relationships, proactively contact existing customers, and support them in selecting the best technology solutions for their business – all while hitting sales targets and enjoying uncapped commission.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieving monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Advising on hardware, licensing, and end user solutions.
- Responding to customer queries and preparing accurate quotations.
- Identifying and sharing sales opportunities across specialist teams.
- Working alongside other experienced Account Managers and Product Specialists to ensure both the retention and growth of our existing customer base.
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and product developments.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation.
