A well-established manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced IT Support Engineer to join its internal IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied support role, providing both 1st and 2nd Line support while also getting involved in infrastructure improvements and technology projects. You'll support users across office, warehouse and manufacturing environments, ensuring business-critical systems remain operational.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1st and 2nd Line IT support to users across multiple sites.
- Manage incidents and service requests through to successful resolution.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows Server.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP environments.
- Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and business improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to users across the business.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 2nd Line Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
- Commercial experience with: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop, hardware and networking issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- VMware or Hyper-V.
- VoIP / IP Telephony.
- Endpoint Security solutions.
- iOS & Android device management.
- Linux or macOS exposure.
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
