Business Development Representative - IT Managed Services

Location: M4 Corridor - Easily commutable from Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend & surrounding areas

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE Year 1 £50K+)

Work Arrangement: Part Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

  • We’re hiring two Business Development Representatives to join a high-performing sales team, selling IT solutions to businesses across the UK.
  • Engage decision-makers using high-quality prospect data and outbound outreach.
  • Introduce a wide portfolio of IT services and book qualified appointments for senior BDMs.
  • Full training will be provided on the company’s services, sales process, and target markets.
  • Clear career path into a full Business Development Manager role within 12-18 months.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some Experience in Tech or other B2B Service Sales - Telecoms, SaaS, business services, or IT products preferred (Don’t worry if you’re not from an MSP background - we’ll train you on our offerings.)
  • Telesales Confidence - You’re comfortable on the phone and can handle objections.
  • Motivated & Target-Driven - You thrive on hitting KPIs and chasing commissions.
  • Strong Communicator - Polished, professional, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Genuine Interest in Tech - You’re curious, keen to learn, and excited about innovation.
