What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries (remote)
Looking For:
- Some experience in an IT support role, internship, or helpdesk environment
- Understanding of:
- Windows OS
- Active Directory / user management
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
- A proactive attitude - someone who asks questions and takes ownership
