We are hiring a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a collaborative and fast-paced support team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong fundamentals, curiosity, and great communication skills who wants to grow into a 2nd Line or specialist role over time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries (remote)

Looking For:

  • Some experience in an IT support role, internship, or helpdesk environment
  • Understanding of:
    • Windows OS
    • Active Directory / user management
    • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
  • A proactive attitude - someone who asks questions and takes ownership

Desirable (Not Essential): IT certifications
