A global legal organisation with a strong UK presence is seeking an experienced IT Service Lifecycle Manager to join its collaborative and forward-thinking IT function. This role is central to ensuring IT services are designed, transitioned, and operated effectively, with a strong focus on service governance and continual improvement.
You will work within a highly structured, ITIL-aligned environment, managing relationships with stakeholders and third-party partners across the full service lifecycle. What you will be doing:
- Lead the full lifecycle of IT services, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and alignment with business needs.
- Manage the Change and Release Management processes, including facilitation of Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Oversee the service portfolio to ensure accuracy, strategic alignment, and business value.
- Coordinate and support service transitions, working across technical and non-technical teams.

What we are looking for:
- Significant experience (7+ years) in IT Service Management roles, including 3+ years in leadership or managerial positions.
