This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in integrated security solutions as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving sales across the Northwest region.\\n\\n£45,000 – £50,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Commission + Bonus + Bens \\n\\nTo suit Candidate living near Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham or Derby \\n\\nAre you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the security and fire sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in integrated security solutions as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving sales across the Northwest region.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nPromote a full range of fire and security products including door entry, access control, CCTV, intruder detection, home automation, and fire safety systems.\\nDevelop new business through distribution partners, installers, and system integrators.\\nMaintain strong relationships with existing distributors-providing regular contact, motivation, and product training.\\nIdentify opportunities to grow turnover in a region with an already strong market presence.\\nWork autonomously, managing your own diary, pipeline, and sales strategy.\\nRepresent a brand recognised for quality products, outstanding service, and fast order-to-delivery performance.About You\\n\\nEducated to GCSE level (or equivalent).\\nMinimum 2-3 years' experience in a field sales or technical sales role, ideally within the fire and security industry.\\nStrong B2B sales background with proven success in developing and growing accounts.\\nKnowledge of fire and security products and the wider market.\\nCommercially aware with excellent communication and presentation skills.\\nConfident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).\\nHave undertaken formal sales training and able to apply best practices in a consultative sales approach.\\nSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage your workload independently.\\nFull UK driving licence required.What's On Offer\\n\\nCompetitive salary + commission/bonus scheme.\\nCompany car allowance or company vehicle.
