What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries (remote & onsite)
  • Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and user accounts
  • Supporting Windows environments, Office 365, and basic networking issues
  • Logging and managing tickets through to resolution
  • Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers
  • Delivering excellent customer service and user communication

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in an IT support role, internship, or helpdesk environment
  • Understanding of:
  • Windows OS
  • Active Directory / user management
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
  • A proactive attitude - someone who asks questions and takes ownership
  • Desirable (Not Essential)

    • IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+)
    • Exposure to ticketing systems
    • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
