Bid Manager – IT Transformation | Hybrid | £50,000-£70,000 (DOE) + Benefits Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Are you a skilled Bid Manager with expertise in IT transformation and consultancy services bids? The Role As a Bid Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Business Development team, reporting to the Head of Growth. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to prepare winning bids and framework submissions while ensuring governance and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Review and analyse bid and framework requirements for IT consultancy opportunities. * Create compelling, compliant, and responsive submissions tailored to customer needs. * Manage tender alert systems and submission portals. * Build and maintain relationships with third parties and suppliers. * Track, coordinate, and prepare responses for bids and frameworks. * Ensure compliance with framework commitments and best practices. Preferred Experience: * Proven track record of winning bids in sectors such as UK Healthcare, Government, Public Sector, Legal, Financial Services, and Retail. * Knowledge of IT technology and consulting services bid processes.
