Full Stack Developer – TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js
Location: Near LeamingtonSpa, Warwickshire (Hybrid – 3 days on site)

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 + benefits
We’re hiring a Full StackDeveloper for an established, growing UK software company whose design andmanufacturing software is used by creative businesses worldwide. You’ll workacross the whole stack on a production customer platform, with code review onevery change and a clear path to becoming its lead developer.
About the role
Alongside its desktop products,the business runs a growing set of web services: customer accounts, licensing,subscriptions and cloud compute. You’ll focus on the customer account andlicensing platform, built with Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL andAWS.
You’ll start on well-scopedfeatures and take on more ownership as your experience grows. You’ll gettechnical mentoring from the Infrastructure Tech Lead and work with the desktopsoftware team and experienced external development and QA partners. As theplatform grows, you’ll also contribute to backend compute and AI services andhelp rebuild the company website.
What you’ll be doing
- Building features across the Next.js frontend and NestJS API
- Designing and evolving the PostgreSQLschema, including migrations and query performance
- Building APIs used by the company’s desktopapplications
- Deploying and monitoring services on AWS,with a focus on reliability, security and cost
- Writing automated tests and maintaining CI/CDpipelines
- Handling customer and account data securely and inline with GDPR
What you’ll bring
- Experience building web applications in TypeScriptor JavaScript, whether commercially, on placement or throughsubstantial personal projects
- React, with some exposure to Next.js
- Back-end development in Node.js, buildingREST APIs (NestJS, Express or similar)
- SQL and relational databases, ideallyPostgreSQL
- Git, and a habit of writing tests
Nice to have
- NestJS or Next.js in production
- AWS (ECS/Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront), Terraform orDocker
- Integrating AI models, or some Python
- OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, Stripe or licensing systems
- Interest in CAD/CAM or design software
