This specialist Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultancy has 40 employees and a £6m TO. They have offices in Chester, Warrington, Wigan and Liverpool. The company has a 20-year network/database and a phenomenal reputation in the North West. In line with business growth, they are actively hiring for a Director who will be responsible for the entire Finance Division which currently comprises of 18 consultants (x4 Direct Reports at Manager level).
As a 'right hand' to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the P&L as well as upskilling and developing the existing consultants, client engagement/business development alongside increasing headcount.
Experience Required:
- 5 years successful experience within Financial Recruitment
- Evidence of leading/developing Finance Recruitment teams
- Experience of managing a P&L
The Head Office is located in a beautiful restored building in Stockton Heath with on-site parking and a coffee shop on-site. The team here are very friendly, professional and experienced. What's more, the company is an employee-owned business; once an employee has been with the business for a year, they are auto-enrolled into the trust which gives them a cut of profit every year on top of salary and commissions. If the company goes through an event, this will mean a lump sum to each employee.
