Business Development Manager/Director - Change and Transformation

Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

Salary £75K - £100K Negotiable Basic DOE + Commission + Benefits

Applaud Recruitment is a financial services search & selection organisation with a global presence. In response to business growth, a consulting division was established to support clients with scalable, cost-effective solutions.

The Role

They are looking for someone to maximise the SOW opportunities with their existing clients and develop new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise opportunities in the existing client portfolio, networking with new areas of these businesses who may not be aware of the Consultancy but who have signed framework agreements.
  • Devise and deliver a Business Development Strategy for new business, continuously seeking new revenue streams.
  • Maximise repeat business.
  • Work with the Recruitment business to drive the number of leads entering the Consultancy and assist in conversion.
  • Ensure long-term value is delivered to clients through continual engagement.
  • Analyse and prepare due diligence for new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

This role is suitable for a Senior Recruitment Sales Manager or Senior New Business Recruiter in the Insurance Sector with experience of dealing with SOW within the London Market.
