Senior Recruiter - Tech Startups USA (Manchester based, UK/ Hybrid)
Basic £30 -£40K +30% Commission - No Threshold + bonus. Consultants are currently earning £20,000 per month in commission.

This high-growth recruitment partner works with some of the most exciting venture-backed startups in the US and EMEA. With a live pipeline across San Francisco's Seed Series C ecosystem, they are scaling fast and looking for a Senior Recruiter to help drive business in one of three high-value verticals:
- Frontend Engineering React / TypeScript
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and leadership roles within fast-scaling, VC-backed startups.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines across one of three niche technical verticals.
- Partner directly with founders, CTOs, and senior leadership teams to advise on talent strategy.
- Deliver high-quality hires quickly - they are proud to average ~35 days from brief to hire.
What The Company is Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting in tech/startup environments - comfortable with Business Development and high-growth, high-intensity delivery.
- Strong capability in either Technology Recruitment (frontend, backend, fullstack) or executive hiring.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates in parallel without compromising on candidate quality.
- Someone who thrives in a do whatever it takes culture - they are in build mode, not cruise control.
- Manchester-based or able to travel to our Manchester office when needed (hybrid/flexible working supported).
