If you’re a proven recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-value technical market this one’s worth a serious look. Our client is a specialist recruitment firm operating across telecoms, IT infrastructure, and power with an enviable client list that includes some of the biggest names in the sector (think Tier-1 global tech and network operators). They outperform all competitors in their space and only work on roles that are 100% qualified.

The business is lean and profitable with growth and future value on the horizon.

  • Split: ~75% Contract / 25% Permanent revenue
  • Market: Germany (Telco, Infrastructure, IT)
  • Clients: Global tech & telecom leaders
  • Excellent Commission with no Threshold
  • Team bonus shared across a 3-person pod

You’ll operate in one of Europe’s hottest growth markets Germany where billions are being invested in telecoms, power and fibre infrastructure. You’ll only work with fully qualified, engaged roles, backed by a robust client base. You’ll have the backing of a strong back-office team (compliance, contracts, payroll, admin).

Strong tech investment: Bullhorn CRM (£100K investment) and a new website launch underway. A business where everyone knows their numbers, their goals, and their worth.

What you’ll need

  • Track record in 360 Perm or contract recruitment (ideally in telecoms, IT, or infrastructure)
  • Experience working the German market or willingness to learn it quickly
  • A quality-driven, delivery-focused approach no shortcuts
  • Ability to manage both contract and perm desks
  • Confidence to own a high-value market and deliver consistently
