Our client is a high‑calibre player in Technology and Professional Services Recruitment and part of a larger independent Recruitment Group. The group specialises in interim, change management and leadership talent across six continents particularly in technology, digital transformation and emerging leader markets.

They are currently a lean team of 10, including 3 Business Development professionals in Retail and FS Recruitment, 3 highly experienced delivery consultants, and 3 admin support. This means you will be operating in a high-visibility, high‑impact role where your hustle directly drives results.

In line with business expansion, the company is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant focused on Senior level Global Assignments within Change and Transformation. The roles will be acquired and managed by the BDMs, and your responsibility will be to headhunt globally to procure long lists/short lists of relevant candidates.

Experience Required: At least 7 years experience of Recruitment Delivery either from within a Technology Recruitment Agency, Retained Search Consultancy, Management Consultancy or Global Technology Company (Talent Acquisition).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: £30,000 to £50,000 base (dependent on experience).
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Access to global resources via the Group network, while still retaining autonomy and entrepreneurial feel of a boutique.
