This well-reputed Global Recruitment company employs 150 consultants over 4 continents. They have won numerous awards and work with the world's most influential brands. In line with business growth, a Business Development Manager is required to build and develop client relationships to support the growth of the Contract Key Accounts division. There is a well-established delivery team in place; therefore, this will be a 100% Business Development position with no delivery.
The main responsibilities include:
- Proactively sourcing and building relationships with new clients to sell IT recruitment solutions and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Further developing relationships and cross-selling, maximising opportunities to generate additional revenue
- Embracing a content-led approach to client relationships, hosting regular podcasts and webinars
- Attending networking events
- Acting as an ambassador for the brand
- Creating client proposals and presentations
- Managing the bid and tender process
- Working closely with the Key Accounts contract delivery team to ensure client needs receive an outstanding service
- Working collaboratively with internal departments
Skills required:
- A proven track record in business development within tech recruitment
- Demonstrable experience in winning large-scale accounts
- Strong knowledge of contract recruitment processes
- A strong understanding of the bid and tender process when working with enterprise customers
