  • Drive new business development initiatives, including talent mapping, client pitches, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and deliver against high-profile mandates, designing repeatable recruitment frameworks to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Mentor and inspire junior recruiters, setting the standard for performance, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
