- Youll join a high-performing technology recruitment team operating across international markets, particularly the Nordics, where a consultative, relationship-led approach is valued.
- The business has undergone a highly successful shift to a contract-led recruitment model, now accounting for around 75% of revenue, with record-breaking performance over the last 18 months.
- Growth is organic, measured, and built around hiring the right people — resulting in exceptionally low attrition.

What You will be Be Doing:

- Travelling regularly to European markets to meet clients face-to-face.
