APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Fintech & Compliance) in London, UK. Lead business analysis for APPIT Software's European operations, translating complex regulatory and enterprise requirements into technology solutions for fintech and compliance-driven products.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis for complex enterprise projects involving regulatory compliance and data governance.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and design thinking sessions to uncover latent business needs.
- Create comprehensive business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models for strategic initiatives.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track the business impact of delivered solutions.
- Mentor junior business analysts and establish BA best practices and documentation standards.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape the European product roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of business analysis experience with at least 2 years in fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, PSD2, and European regulatory frameworks relevant to software products.
- Advanced data analysis skills with SQL, Python, or R for quantitative business analysis.
- Experience leading business analysis on large-scale transformation or platform migration projects.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present business cases to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
