Overview
As Team Lead Research DACH, you guide a newly formed B2B research unit across the DACH region, focusing on professional decision-makers and niche business audiences.
You mentor researchers, drive high-velocity, high-quality quantitative work, and advise consultancy clients through the full research lifecycle.
Collaborating with global Research Leadership, you set best practices and scalable processes to enable fast, impactful B2B projects.
This role combines leadership, strategic design, and hands-on research to shape a global B2B expansion blueprint.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of researchers specializing in B2B research
- Establish standardized B2B feasibility routines, sampling strategies, and pricing guardrails
- Collaborate with international Research Leads to create a scalable blueprint for B2B rollouts
- Advise consultancy and corporate clients on survey design, recruitment logic, and sample feasibility
- Interpret results to provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Build scalable processes for high-velocity project management and cross-team collaboration
- Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning within the team
- Key requirements
- Extensive experience in quantitative market research with a focus on B2B target groups and professional decision-makers
- Hands-on study design, questionnaire writing, and execution of quantitative projects in B2B contexts (e. g., U&A, pricing, concept testing)
- Strategic, commercially minded ability to translate insights into business impact for fast-moving clients
- Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams in turnaround or rapid scale-up environments
- Fluent German (C2) and English; strong communication across diverse teams
