Appian is seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior sales leadership in EMEA in a dynamic, high-growth environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will proactively manage the Executive's priorities, anticipate what they need before they ask, and navigate ambiguous challenges on your own. You will also act as the 'Face of the Executive Office,' curating premium experiences for key customers and executive-level prospects to help move the sales process forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft executive-level communications for leadership.
  • Execute end-to-end mission planning for travel (e.g., multi-city roadshows), optimise travel time for peak productivity, and manage complex international compliance and visa requirements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for travel and meetings, ensuring spend aligns with strategic departmental goals.
  • Monitor and coordinate the financial approval process on behalf of the SVP for the broader team.
  • Manage the end-to-end 'Customer Experience' for sales-executed, high-stakes EMEA events.
  • Select event venues based on brand alignment and deliver post-event ROI reporting.
  • Drive internal alignment across departments and lead special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Clari, with particular reference to data collection, reporting, and forecasting.

Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
