Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales activities to close new business within the region – scoping, level of effort estimations, proposal responses, SOW preparation, project approach advising, and methodology presentations.
• Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of Appian projects at customer accounts within the region to ensure deployment matches executive and business sponsor expectations; may lead or support Partners.
• Interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support to improve Appian’s product and positioning within the regional marketplace.
• Develop strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Lead development of methodologies, approaches, and techniques to improve Appian’s Customer Success Packaged Offerings.
• Understand a client’s business strategy and processes, and develop technical solutions that support their strategy.
• Provide mentorship and career management for a team of consultants within the region.
• Financial reporting and accountability for the region’s projects and resources, including pipeline/revenue forecasts and staffing projections.
• Assist with external recruiting efforts.
