About the Role: We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Content & Marketing Executive to support the APPI marketing team across content creation, social media, digital platforms and marketing projects. This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with presenters, students, videographers and the wider marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Social Media: Manage and create content for APPI Education, APPI TV and APPI Clinics social channels. Create approximately 3–5 social posts per week and contribute to monthly content planning. Capture and curate content from filming days, courses, clinics and events. Write copy for social media, email, web and other marketing materials.
- Podcast Production: Research and approach potential guests and topics. Coordinate recordings and support the editing and publishing of episodes. Identify key sound bites and create promotional content.
- APPI TV & Members Area: Coordinate with presenters ahead of filming and ensure all required content is received. Support filming days and check footage, running sheets and descriptions. Source and coordinate content for the Members Area, including presenter content, articles, case studies and live sessions. Help maintain a consistent bank of fresh content across both platforms.
- Content, Websites & Resources: Create and update blogs, case studies, whitepapers and other educational resources. Assist with creating, updating and maintaining APPI landing pages and website content. Support the optimisation and refreshing of existing content. Gather student testimonials and authority content.
- Design & Marketing Materials: Create and update marketing materials including social assets, brochures, manuals, class plans and lecture slides. Produce in-house promotional materials and support design projects across the business.
- Events & General Marketing: Support content creation and presenter outreach for APPI events and On Tour. Assist the wider marketing team with campaigns and projects as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in marketing, content creation, social media or communications.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative eye with an understanding of social media and digital content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with WordPress is desired.
- Experience with Canva and/or video editing software is desirable.
- An interest in Pilates, fitness, health or wellbeing is desired.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across a team.
Desirable:
- Experience using WordPress.
- Experience with podcast production.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Drip or Mailchimp.
- An interest in Pilates, fitness, health or wellness.
- Experience working within the health, fitness, education or wellness industries.
