The Grind ProvisionPoint is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager (minimum 3 years in customer service/support roles) to join our growing support and delivery team. Our product is unique so the successful candidate will receive world-class product training, the opportunity to develop knowledge of the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem and work towards Microsoft certifications. The remote nature of the job provides a flexible working environment which can be easily adjusted to suit your personal circumstances. There will also be regular in-person co-working sessions with the Customer Success Team, meetings with the wider business and opportunities to travel to conferences. We are looking for someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment and is willing to make the role their own.
The Commitment:
- Deliver product demonstrations
- Guide potential customers through a 30-day trial of the product
- Manage new customers and partners through the product onboarding process
- Encourage customers to uptake additional products where necessary
- Develop healthy customer/partner relationships
- Create and update the product knowledge base articles
- Support with marketing content, including blogs and webinars
- Evaluate and analyze customer needs and support requirements
- Act as a customer advocate to raise product feedback
- Troubleshoot issues and manage support ticket lifecycle
- Assist in account management for customer/partner renewals through the CRM
